Ekol Hospitals, thanks to its experienced team of international patient aftercare services, provides a comprehensive service range for international patients. Our international aftercare team practices are conducted under 5 main categories, which are:
● Aftercare satisfaction calls – during post-op week 1
● Aftercare satisfaction calls – during post-op month 1, 3, 6, 9 and year 1.
● Whatsapp support groups – up until 1 year following the surgery.
● International nurse support
● International GP consultations
Patient Aftercare Department is mainly responsible for providing patients positive experience within the hospital starting from the very first moment of their arrival until their discharge and even until post-op year 1.
The patients receive regular medical care by a dedicated International GP and an International Patients Nurse, both of whom speak in the native language of the patients. This means the patient is never left alone in the hospital and also after being discharged.
After our patient returns to their country, the process of recovery after the treatment of the patient is closely followed by our team through the satisfaction surveys and the follow up of the medical process via phone calls and with support of our international nurse in our offices in the UK.
